I’ve been searching for my cooking mojo for a while now. So, last weekend I tried making something I’ve sort-of attempted previously – we were entertaining some friends, and I wanted something easy to make, and serve, without spending too much time in the kitchen.
Piquante peppers. More commonly known to most of us plebs as Peppadews. But that name is trademarked, so, piquante it is. That sweet, hot little awesome that goes well on pizzas, in pasta, stuffed with goodies… mmm.
