A few weekends ago, I felt inspired to cook for friends and decided to try out my shiny new pasta machine I got as a farewell gift. I’ve also wanted to make my own ricotta for a while, so decided to barrel ahead and to that as well.
Last night, I felt like cooking something comforting and warm… I decided to make a creamy steak pasta of sorts. Enough to give you the warm fuzzies.
Sunday meals are always daunting. I grew up in a family who enjoyed sit-down Sunday lunches weekly. Anything from roast chicken, to legs of lamb, and roasts. Now, I’m not fond of cooking large cuts of meat, but I thought I should try cooking something to share with friends; in this case a hearty, yummy chicken pasta.
